Mike Simmers
Mike's focus is the client, ensuring the project team maintain their momentum and accuracy throughout to achieve a hugely successful result. Mike's background is commercial project management for client organisations, and hence he understands the clien'ts requirements thoroughly; to time, to budget and to specification.
Outside of work, Mike has three passions, his family, his farm and sport. Watching his three children play sport and then going home to crutch lambs is his idea of a great weekend!

Bree Thomas
Bree Thomas designs to the need of the client and has expertise and initiative to offer beyond her years. Her experience covers all areas of commercial interior design with her favourite being hospitality. The highlight for Bree is realising the end product, from conception through to construction completion.
As well as work Bree is keen to indulge in the outdoors, socialise and spend time with her dog.

Charlotte Cochrane
After completing a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Interior Architecture at Victoria University in Wellington, Charlotte joined the design team at the beginning of 2007. Charlotte works as an interior architect/designer and has completed projects such as Tru Bar, Sungard Offices and Gravity Cafe in the Christchurch area. She also has a passion for photography and art painting and has just recently returned from travelling Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Charlotte enjoys being in the design industry as it is creative and she enjoys the opportunity to take a brief and turn it into reality.

Drew Murray
Drew has been involved in the building industry for some 15 years starting off "hands on" as a qualified builder with a National Certificate in Building. During his time as a builder he had close client relationships which he is continually building on.
Drew's focus is on commercial construction from concept to completion, projects he has been involved in range from residential and commercial new builds, renovations, and subdivisions.
Outside of work Drew spends time with his family usually bike riding, skiing or boating, his other interests are watching rugby and upland shooting.

Patrick Hill
Patrick has been with the design team since its inception in 1988, over that time he has seen many changes, not only within the team but within the design and construction industries with new materials and techniques emerging all the time. As a project manager Patrick finds it exciting to be involved and to see a project develop from a client's concept through to a finished product.
As an expat import, all Patrick's family are back in the UK so he has the freedom to do as he pleases in his own time. Patrick races a Quad bike, loves to travel, go camping, enjoys the outdoors when its not too cold and does a spot of house renovations in his spare time.

Joel Rickard
Joel works as an Architectural Designer/Technician producing working drawings, he enjoys translating ideas and concepts into rendered 2D and 3D forms.
Before working at design team he spent time working in a wider spectrum of design including industrial, graphics, fashion and photography. He is currently aiming to return to university to complete a master of architecture.
Outside of work Joel is kept busy with his many interest - Kung Fu, surfing, modern jive & salsa dancing, stick fighting and beer making to name a few.
